The Blue Flower
This is a Needlework Expo Pre-Order. Any item purchased from the expo will be shipped as soon as we get them in our hands. Unlike Nashville, the designers will have to ship them to us.

The inspiration for this piece came from a profusion of wildflowers (although I've taken some poetic license with a few of them). The text comes from a Canadian poet, Marjorie Pickthall, and her poem "Daisy Time."
The model is stitched on 40 count "Mallow" linen from Zweigart. Stitch count is 177 wide by 160 high. Threads are all DMC.
